Insurance Advisor for the Montreux Main Agency
You live in the Montreux region and have already been able to put your sales, negotiation and networking skills into practice? Are you a client- and goal-oriented person? Your contribution to the company Targeted and personalised advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by phone
Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region’s client portfolio
Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools
Your skills and talents With a professional diploma and initial experience related to advice or sales, you have a keen interest in diligently training in the insurance field
You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in this region because you live there
Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contacts with others, you seek solutions for your clients and you know how to adapt to any situation
You have a competitive spirit and enjoy taking on challenges, your working method is autonomous and a remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
You master French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
