Tasks
* Oversee ICT training for apprentices across Swatch Group firms.
* Lead and support around 15 ICT learners with administrative tasks.
* Ensure up-to-date training content and quality standards.
Skills
* Completed ICT training with EFZ; higher education preferred.
* Experience in training and mentoring diverse learners.
* Strong organizational skills and adaptability are essential.
Responsible ICT Professional (70%)
* Responsibility for the training of our computer scientists EFZ, ICT specialists EFZ and digital business developers EFZ at various Swatch Group companies
* Leadership and support of about 15 ICT apprentices including administrative supervision
* Ensuring up-to-date training content and training quality
* Taking over the teaching of individual action competencies
* Technical leadership of practical trainers
* Recruitment responsibility with organization of trial internships and participation in career promotion events
* Maintaining communication with legal representatives, vocational schools, external partners
* Budget and cost center responsibility
* Conducting qualification procedures
Project Engineer (30%)
* Analysis of technology needs and participation in agile projects.
* Development and support of digital applications.
* Contribution to innovation and continuous improvement.
* Leading the Digital Business Partners coordination meetings.
* Passing on strategic information.
* Completed basic education in ICT with EFZ
* Studies or advanced training in computer science or a related field.
* Pedagogical training desired. (The mandatory 5-day trainer course can be completed after starting the position)
* Experience in training and supporting apprentices
* Solid professional experience in computer science
* Understanding of different personalities, learning styles, and learning pace.
* Interest in new technologies
* Organizational talent, teamwork, adaptability.
* Analytical and conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, as well as resilience
Fluent German or French skills in spoken and written form. Also business fluent in the other language.
