Are you passionate about the financial world? For our Private Clients Division covering Swiss domestic clients, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Senior Relationship Manager.
What would your role be?
* Develop your own client network in the region Switzerland.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations that encompass multiple products and services.
* Develop in-depth understanding of client’s needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to the changes in the business environment or clients’ needs.
* Effectively manage a book of clients and act as a relationship lead accountable for the clients’ experience.
* Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions.
* Build relationships with internal and external sales referral partners and identify new business development opportunities.
What are we looking for?
* At least 20 years’ experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
* A proven track record of long-term success as a Relationship Manager, consistently exceeding client expectations
* Being able to build strong relationships an attract new clients for the Swiss market
* A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* A team player who can work under pressure.
* Highly motivated and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Fluency in (Swiss-)German and English and effective communication skills.
