We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist CFC apprentice to join our Information Technology department. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple IT domains, including operations, infrastructure, customer service, and cybersecurity, while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you will learn:
* 1st Year:
o Prepare and set up computers and devices for employees
o Provide IT support and services to users
* 2nd Year:
o Help manage IT infrastructure
o Learn how systems and networks work in a professional environment
* 3rd Year:
o One-year internship with ECS, focused on customer service and user support
* 4th Year:
o One-year internship in the Security Department
o Learn the basics of IT security and best practices
