Sr. HR Business Partner (%)
In this role, you will manage the complete employee life cycle and support our managers as a coach and consultant, helping them guide their teams toward success. Your mission? Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers (> employees)
2. Lead endtoend recruitment and staffing for The Swatch Group Services in the fields of Logistics, Customer Services, Quality Management and Real Estate.
3. Be a partner with managers to analyse needs and select top talent.
4. Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding & offboarding.
5. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance topics, and change initiatives.
6. Support managers in handling discussions, resolving issues, and navigating team conflicts.
7. Organise and control of the yearly evaluation and talent management process, and follow-up with measures if needed.
8. Follow up on development needs and action plans.
9. Handle warnings and contract terminations.

Profile
10. You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with everybody and you build a trustful relationship at all levels and be regarded as a trusted partner.
11. You get a strong experience in Recruitment ideally in the Supply Chain field. Hands on in sourcing.
12. You have an excellent consultative and client service skill with the ability to effectively influence and manage key relationships with a strong knowledge of Swiss law.
13. Autonomous and self-motivated, with initiative and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
14. You are data driven as well as highly organized: You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently.

Professional requirements
15. University degree in HR or equivalent (Brevet fédéral)
16. Over 5 years of experience in a similar role

18. Any other languages are welcome - we have 29 so far in the company, if you wish to add the 30th, you pretty much know what to do
