Overview
Our client is an international financial company. Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with company goals. Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings. Oversee daily operations of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing initiatives. Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to resolve employee and system issues. Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance. Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits. Participate in initiatives with oad business impact. Organize training sessions and events related to benefits.
