Job Description
The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for The Woodward, Auberge Resorts Collection. This property-based role manages the overall marketing strategy, driving social media, public relations, partnerships, digital, and e-commerce efforts, ensuring all communications align with the property's positioning. Additionally, this role will support communication strategies for relevant partnerships, sponsorships, and unique experiences, working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Woodward and the Auberge Resorts Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, quick to learn new systems, adaptable to changing priorities, and passionate about luxury hospitality marketing.
* Drive awareness and revenue for the hotel—covering rooms, F&B, spa, and experiences.
* Collaborate with property leaders and DOSM on local marketing strategies to support F&B outlets and the spa.
* Partner with the DOSM, Auberge Resorts Marketing, and PR teams to create global brand partnerships and unique events.
* Create compelling, story-driven property collateral.
* Work closely with the DOSM, marketing team, SVP of Brand, and PR team to execute PR strategies.
* Support sales efforts with high-quality collateral.
* Oversee social media plans for the hotel and F&B accounts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
* Manage assets effectively.
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
* Lead website management, including copywriting, reviewing, and selecting images/videos.
* Coordinate digital creative asset production and support plan execution with the digital marketing team.
* Adapt and drive the hotel marketing plan as needed.
* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for owners and stakeholders.
* Support onboarding of on-property team members.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in luxury or design-focused marketing, social media, or PR.
* Deep understanding of luxury style, design, and nuances to craft a distinctive brand.
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative with strong influencing abilities across cross-functional teams.
* Curious, resourceful, and proactive in creating solutions.
* Hands-on, detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
* Fluent in English and ideally in French.
