Your Responsibilities:
* collaborate and support the HR Business Partner and the HR Specialist with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment
* get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & induction, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities
* support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
* Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBP
* contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needs
Your Profil:
* university degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a international, matrix environment
* First experience in the area of internal communication
* Fluency in English and Italian is required - german is a strong plus
* Familiarity with the HRIS system
