We’re looking for a Removal Defense Paralegal who can hit the ground running, take initiative, and support our legal team in defending clients against deportation. This is a fully remote, ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment) position. You’ll be evaluated—and compensated—based on what you achieve, not on how many hours you log.
Responsibilities
* Organize and manage client documents
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate case files in our Case Management System
* Communicate with attorneys and respond to their requests
* Follow SOPs, and contribute to keeping them current
* Deliver quality, detail-focused work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
* Minimum English proficiency level of C1 or C2 (written, spoken, and comprehension)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience with Google Workspace and comfort using CRMs and cloud-based tools
* Attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks
* Self-starter who learns from video and written instruction, and asks smart questions
Compensation
$2,000 month - Compensation is results-based (ROWE model).
