V&V Engineer m/w 100%
Location: 9000 St. Gallen (SG), Switzerland
Contract: Permanent, full‑time (100%)

Key Responsibilities:
* Planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of verification and validation (V&V) tests for multifunctional devices
* Design, improvement, and maintenance of test systems, including procurement, assembly, verification, automation, calibration, and monitoring of measurement equipment
* Development and implementation of test strategies in accordance with current standards such as MIL‑STD, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
* Conducting system‑level testing such as software testing, environmental testing (temperature, vibration, mechanical shock, etc.), and reconfirmation testing (internal and external)
* Close collaboration with Systems Engineering, Product Management, Development teams, and external laboratories
* Preparation of technical documentation for testing and certification processes
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
* Ability to think systemically, a hands‑on approach, and passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
* Experience in hardware/software/mechanical integration of ECUs
* Experience with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
* Experience in hardware/software testing, systems integration, and product validation
* Knowledge of requirements management (IREB certification is a plus but not required)
* ISTQB certification is a plus; alternatively, practical experience in software and hardware testing
* Knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python, C#) and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, ImageJ)
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira
* Familiarity with the V‑model
* Excellent command of German and English
Languages: English (very good oral and written), German (good oral and written)
