As Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Professional advice and customer care for our guests
* Professional serving of food and drinks
* Complying with our high-quality standards
* Preparing the required mise-en-place, covering and cleaning work in the restaurant area
* Supporting your superiors in their daily tasks
* Registering all transactions in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash accounting
* Assisting in the preparation and implementation of special events
* Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines

As Chef de Rang, we expect from you:
* A completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
* First computer skills, knowledge of the Infrasys cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be advantageous
* Communicative skills - guests will contact you with complaints as well as positive feedback
* Open-mindedness and teamwork skills
* Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts
* Fluent written and spoken German and English skills. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
* Successful applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland
