Mgr, Collectibles Strategic Programs

Our mission is to be the most loved destination for collectors of trading cards, memorabilia, toys, comics, coins, and more, and we are seeking a Bern-based Strategic Program Manager to lead critical initiatives within the cross‑Europe Collectibles portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Drive growth & steer strategy: Lead strategy development, execution, and ongoing management/optimization of key initiatives.
* Launch new capabilities & businesses: Leverage data and insights to determine which features and services will move the needle, build compelling business cases, and work across teams to bring new programs to life.
* Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes: Manage day‑to‑day project execution, ensuring teams track to timelines and goals.
* Drive decision making: Deliver analysis and presentations to communicate progress, performance, and secure approval from senior and executive leadership; track and share program insights in business update cadences (WBR, MBR, QBR).
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, management consulting, product management, or a related field within e‑commerce, retail, consumer goods, or consumer tech.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Strong presentation skills and high‑level proficiency in Google Slides and/or MS PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills and experience pulling data/gathering insights using Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.
* Proficiency in program/project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
* Willingness to travel to industry events, external partners, and eBay offices as needed (approximately 4+ times per year).
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or similar graduate degree.
* Experience in a two‑sided marketplace.
* Industry experience or personal passion for Collectibles (e.g., trading cards, coins, comics, toys).
* Proficiency in SQL coding and demonstrated expertise with data warehouse pulls.
