PpbYour main responsibilities /b /p /p liManage, in close collaboration with designated process owners and roles, the documentation, maintenance, analysis and continuous improvement of assigned business processes /li liCoordinate Internal Control System (ICS)–related topics with process owners, including supporting risk identification within processes and the design and implementation of appropriate controls /li liLead and support initiatives and projects aimed at business process optimisation and transformation /li liDefine, together with process owners and relevant roles, meaningful and adequate process performance indicators /li liPromote the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned processes through close cooperation with process owners and stakeholders /li liEnsure all documented processes comply with Alpiq’s process modelling standards and conventions /li liEnsure the correct integration and consistency of designed processes within the overall Alpiq process landscape /li liMaintain and continuously enhance process documentation in the designated BPM tool /li pYour profile /p liMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent higher education /li liAt least 3 years of professional experience in the energy industry /li liProven experience in business process management, process design and continuous improvement /li liKnowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma /li liFluent in English and German, written and spoken (French, Spanish and Italian are an advantage) /li liStrong analytical skills and a pronounced process-oriented mindset /li liCan-do mentality combined with a structured, open-minded and detail-oriented working style /li pIf you are coming from a job portal, please click directly on “Apply now”! /p pYou can find the detailed job description many more jobs here: /p Open jobs #search-wrapper { display: none; } #back-to-search { display: none; } Apply now »
