We are looking for a hands – on, grounded and execution driven Marketing Manager who combines strong operational capability with a managerial mindset. This role requires someone able to thrive in a fast paced environment, work methodically and plans ahead and consistently follows through on commitments, delivers on assigned responsibilities and acts as a dependable point for internal and external teams across regions.
This role will provide operational support for marketing activities across Europe, while supporting the development of the dynamic Asian region. You will support and contribute in marketing initiatives across both Europe and Asia becoming the primary contact for the daily marketing related inquiries from the partners.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams across the Lugano, NY, HK offices to support key business needs.
Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities
* Support day – to – day operational activities, including regular communication with wholesale and distribution partners.
* Own inserting marketing material orders and oversee shipments to ensure on time delivery.
* Responsible for coordinating the creation of creative assets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-impact visual content that aligns with the brand's vision.
* Ensure that all local partners adhere to the branding guidelines and policies.
* Own local events & tradeshows ensuring seamless execution and strong brand representation.
* Establish and maintain organized systems to ensure all tasks are executed according to agreed timelines.
* Monitor the local Marketing Budget, assisting with tracking expenditures and optimizing resources.
* Own research and report on emerging industry trends in the APAC region, ensuring the brand stays ahead of market shifts.
* Own competitive and brand positioning analysis in the APAC region.
* Coordinate and communicate new marketing campaigns, collection launches, and key product rollouts to all Asian partners, ensuring timely and effective execution.
* Own and maintain the local Marketing Calendar ensuring all initiatives are tracked, aligned, and executed on time.
* Prepare strategic documents for internal marketing communications, as well as sharing any internal marketing communications.
* Research new press contacts and support with daily media outreach and press inquiries.
* Stay informed of trends, events, and competitive brands across luxury fashion and related industries.
* Thrive in a fast-paced industry consistently delivering high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines and adapting to evolving demands.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications Journalism or related disciplines with full range of brand, marketing, and e-commerce experience.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing.
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is essential — this role requires consistency, precision, structured follow-through and a good sense of autonomy and ownership.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Outgoing and responsible, highly organized, and a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and hands on attitude.
* Excellent written and spoken English, any Asian languages, like Cantonese, Korean will be considered a plus.
* Proven experience in fashion accessories, eyewear, beauty, apparel, or luxury goods—with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics.
* Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of tasks across international teams.
