Night Receptionist

About You
* Prior knowledge of Radisson and proficiency in Emma PMS system are preferred.
* You are an enthusiastic team player with a service-oriented mindset.
* A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required.
* Proficiency in English and German languages is essential.
* You are willing to work night shifts, including weekends and festive days.

Main Responsibilities
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
* Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing/activating room keys.
* Process various payment types, such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
* Manage guest check-outs, resolving late and disputed charges.
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
* Provide directions and information about the property and local areas of interest.
* Run daily reports on arrivals and departures, identify special requests, and verify report accuracy.
* Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system, count bank funds at the beginning and end of shift, balance receipts according to accounting specifications, and organize tasks for the night audit.
