As a key member (20 % of the company) you’ll help scale our Trust‑funding startup from stealth to the next level. You’ll work in a high‑tech, KI‑driven environment and take responsibility from day one while learning a lot.
Responsibilities
Efficient, paper‑less bookkeeping and administrative support: automate and manage client bookkeeping (payroll & bookkeeping) using the company’s KI tool “Kontera”, set clear processes, and use detailed checklists for quality assurance.
Document knowledge: maintain learning notes, process documentation, and insights in our internal knowledge system (e.g., Notion) to build an internal Wikipedia and enable optimal use of KI.
Contribute ideas: analyze our workflow, bring fresh ideas, challenge existing processes and drive improvements to make the company better.
Ensure 5‑star customer satisfaction: act as the clients’ trusted partner, respond promptly, collect feedback, and continually improve service quality.
Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship in bookkeeping with a focus on accounting.
Early to mid‑career stage, motivated to grow in a technology‑oriented company.
Service‑oriented, self‑driven, open to modern technologies and innovations.
German: Very good spoken and written; English: Good spoken and written.
More than 1 year of related work experience.
