Your Skill Set
At least a Bachelor university degree (Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics or equivalent).
Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in the field of business transformation and change management consulting, incl. relevant project management experience.
Manage project topics independently and you proactively lead business development initiatives always searching for the best, innovative and practical solution.
Strong analytical thinker with bold ideas and a creative mind applying agile working practices as design thinking, rapid prototyping, SAFe, scrum, etc.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, help to extend our client network and grow your specific industry and functional expertise.
Proficiency in German is a prerequisite for the position.
