ALTEN Switzerland’s activities cover all the main strategical areas of the Swiss market in Life Sciences, Engineering IT Services. /p pJoin ALTEN Switzerland as a RD Associate Engineer. /p h3Your Role: /h3 ul liContribute to the development of innovative solutions in low voltage products and systems /li liDesign and optimize components and assemblies using CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks) /li liCreate and deliver manufacturing‑ready designs for plastic components and stamped/bent parts /li liCollaborate closely with cross‑functional project and product teams /li liApply creativity and technical expertise to solve engineering challenges /li liWork in an onsite environment with up to 20% remote flexibility /li liUtilize strong communication skills in English (German is highly preferred; English‑only candidates may be considered) /li liLeverage at least 3 years of professional experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a related field /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop innovative design concepts for low voltage products and systems, ensuring technical feasibility and performance /li liCreate detailed CAD models and drawings (SolidWorks preferred) for plastic components and stamped/bent parts /li liCollaborate with project and product teams to deliver optimized design solutions /li liEnsure designs are manufacturing‑ready through close cooperation with production and engineering departments /li liSupport continuous improvement and optimization of the existing product portfolio /li liApply strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑oriented approach to meet project objectives /li liCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders in cross‑functional environments /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 pAt ALTEN, you benefit from a permanent contract, access to cutting‑edge projects with top‑tier clients and opportunities for both national and international growth.
