Job Description
Serve as the primary HR contact for leadership and employees across all locations.
Lead and execute full employee lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, compensation.
Drive fast-paced, high-quality hiring efforts in line with business growth.
Ensure compliance with diverse local labor laws and internal standards.
Coach and support managers on employee topics and HR best practices.
Maintain and enhance HR processes, documentation and systems.
Contribute to the implementation of HR modules within the ERP system.
Collaborate on due diligence and post-acquisition integration during M&A activity.
Prioritise tasks across time zones with a pragmatic and agile approach.
Champion a high-performance, inclusive and collaborative culture.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience in generalist HR roles, ideally within tech or fast-scaling international companies.
Broad HR expertise across recruitment, performance, development, compensation and compliance.
Strong knowledge of international labor regulations and ability to support remote teams.
Excellent communication skills with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
Independent and output-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Fluent in English and French; comfortable operating in multiple time zones.
Comfortable in a hands-on role within a lean team and flat organizational structure.
