Within Tax Global Mobility Services (GMS), you will work in a dynamic team of experts specializing in international tax and social security law. You will take on responsibility early and use innovative technologies to successfully manage international engagements.
Your contribution to KPMG
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and support them on complex tax and social security matters.
* Prepare and review tax returns and advise VIP clients on individual tax‑related questions.
* Independently conduct client meetings regarding tax implications of international relocations.
* Liaise with tax authorities and coordinate with KPMG offices worldwide to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Train new team members and ensure high‑quality work in tax assessments, equalisation calculations and tax returns.
* Develop tailored tax strategies for multinational clients to efficiently plan and manage global assignments.
This is what makes you successful
* 3–4 years of professional experience in tax consulting, ideally focused on private individuals and expatriates.
* Solid knowledge of Swiss tax and social security legislation.
* Completed commercial education (Federal Certificate of Competence) and/or a university degree (University, UAS, HF), or other further education in tax or social security law.
* Fluent English skills; good German skills are an advantage.
* Precise, structured and results‑oriented working style with a strong service mindset and affinity for numbers.
