Our E-Commerce Department in Wallisellen (Switzerland) is looking for a
Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (m/f) (80%)
This is a permanent and part time job - 80%
The Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and execution of A/B testing and optimization initiatives. The specialist will analyze user data and website performance to identify areas for improvement, implement and monitor changes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive A/B testing strategy aligned with the overall E-commerce department goals and objectives
* Conduct in-depth analysis of website data to identify areas for optimization, including user behavior, conversion funnels, and user experience
* Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various website changes and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Analyze and interpret test results to draw actionable conclusions and recommend further optimization strategies
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Online Marketing E-Commerce, Digital Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Content, Operations, and IT to ensure alignment and effective implementation of optimization initiatives
* Develop and maintain a robust testing framework with detailed documentation and reporting processes
Your ideal profile:
* Solid experience in a conversion rate optimization or digital analytics role, ideally within the e-commerce industry
* Proven track record of successfully implementing A/B testing and optimization strategies, resulting in measurable improvements in key performance indicators
* Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics GA4, Snowplow, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics)
* Expertise in A/B testing tools (e.g., Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
* Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
* Team-oriented, self-confident with good communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
