Your Profile
* Completed training in culinary arts, as a cook or pâtissier
* Experience leading a kitchen station and supporting the head chef in daily operations
* Enjoy cooking and have excellent product knowledge with attention to detail
* High quality consciousness and cost-awareness in work
* Responsible, team-oriented, eager to learn, and exemplary work attitude
* Flexible, well-mannered, and reliable
Your Tasks
* Independently manage and organize your station, including food preparation and cooking
* Assist the head chef with daily orders and quality control
* Follow hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
* Share expertise with colleagues and trainees and learn from them
