:
1. Selling products to laboratory customers (hospital, private laboratory, outpatient clinics) and specialists in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
2. Strategic planning and selling to key customers in line with company objectives.
3. Planning, managing, and implementing customer relationships.
4. Setting sales targets specified by customers and products.
5. Documenting visits, projects, and results, including maintaining customer-specific data in the customer data system SFDC.
6. Attending local customer events and professional congresses (laboratory medicine, clinical immunology, allergology).
7. Maintaining a continuous sales-specific knowledge transfer with colleagues and supervisors, as well as professional development through conferences, seminars, meetings, and training events.
8. Strengthening business relationships with customers by assisting in the organization and execution of customer-specific training and meetings.
9. Observing and analyzing developments and trends, as well as the driven situation in the market, to derive vital actions for the company.
Your Qualifications:
10. Experience (>3 years) in clinical laboratory field sales.
11. Training as a medical device consultant or medical/biological background.
12. High willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally beyond (training).
13. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
14. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
15. Proficient in using a PC (MS Office).
