Job description – Regulatory Affairs Director EMEA – Animal and Pet Nutrition Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Global Head Regulatory Affairs this position is part of the Regulatory Affairs department. In this role you will interact and guide specialists across the organization, including colleagues working with commercial registrations, and from other business units in other regions. Lead the EMEA regulatory affairs team and report on its activities. Engage with external partners (regulatory bodies, trade associations) to represent the company and defend its interest in EMEA (e.g. FEFANA) and at global level jointly with other regulatory colleagues and government affairs. Provide advice and act proactively to anticipate any regulatory change impacting the business. Maximize the company's internal resources of regulatory specialists to coordinate lobbying actions, ensuring market authorization for ingredients and finished products. Lead the preparation of regional authorization, re-authorization and renewal dossiers of ADM owned feed additives in partnership with R&D, CD&D, Marketing and other departments. Actively participate (e.g. FEFANA and others as needed) in consortia for re-authorization and renewal dossiers of feed additives that are vital to the activities of the BU. Proactively define the regulatory strategy to accelerate the market launch and sales growth of new specialty additives, ingredients, and amino acids in collaboration with colleagues and external consultants. Advise and support quality, marketing, and product management departments in ensuring regulatory compliance of products and marketing tools Manage system for products labelling and MSDS following ADM standards To reply to regulatory enquiries on ADM’s products Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Toxicology, Chemistry, Food/Feed Law or in any other related field Proven experience in regulatory affairs Cross-cultural approach High organizational skills and ability to multitask Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence people Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite, additional languages an asset (e.g. French) About ADM At ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide.
