We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a socio-professional instructor for our socio-professional support department, Day Centers sector – Espace.Socio-professional instructor at 80%Mission:- accompany people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders- offer benevolent and supportive supervision to a small group of beneficiaries- develop the support project and its implementation by adapting it to the temporality and specific needs of the person being welcomed- participate in a spirit of collaboration in the daily life and management of the unit within a multidisciplinary team- contribute to the maintenance of skills and the development of autonomyProfile:- social/MSP diploma or equivalent title and professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders- dynamic person with good ability to work in a team as well as in interdisciplinarity.
