Purchaser (M/F) We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Purchaser to strengthen their Purchasing department for a 6-month assignment. Our client operates in a technical industrial environment, on high value-added projects, with a structured organisation and significant challenges in terms of flow reliability and meeting deadlines. Your role Reporting to the Purchasing team, you will manage the operational supply of a defined scope of suppliers and subcontractors. Your mission is to ensure the availability of components within the expected deadlines, while ensuring rigorous monitoring of orders and associated flows. You will work closely with internal teams (production, purchasing, logistics), with particular attention to data quality and process reliability. Your daily tasks You analyse and utilise requirements from the MRP system, ensuring their coherence and prioritisation. You initiate tenders for simple purchases and manage order placement with assigned suppliers. You handle all monitoring of subcontracting orders: creation of orders, data entry in the ERP, management of acknowledgements of receipt, monitoring of pricing conditions and follow-up with suppliers in case of deviations. You oversee the supply process through to delivery, ensuring proper execution of orders and updating information in the systems. You also participate in managing internal purchase requests, with constant attention to rigour and organisation. Your profile You hold a commercial CFC or equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by training in supply management. You have proven experience in a similar role, gained in an industrial environment. You are proficient with common IT tools as well as an ERP, and comfortable with MRP-related flows.
