Profile: • Master's degree in engineering HES or EPF in civil engineering, pathways of proven experience in the management of road projects and route studies in an engineering or consulting office in Switzerland. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Messerli (submissions) is an asset. You are an organized and rigorous person, with strong project management skills and site monitoring experience. • Autonomous, you are eager to invest long-term, to share your expertise and to lead projects as a project manager. • Good knowledge of German is a plus. Your main missions: • Preparation of fee offers for municipal, cantonal, or federal projects. • Attending meetings with public and private project owners, technical services, and partners. • Designing road projects (reconstruction, dedicated sites), sizing infrastructures, and geometric control in plans and designs. • Writing technical reports, compiling public inquiry files and tender documents. • Preliminary measurements, establishing cost estimates, submissions, analyzing offers and proposals. Managing plans, costs, and timelines. • Site monitoring, execution control, and proactive resolution of technical unforeseen circumstances.
