You'll combine sharp market instincts with deep web and cloud expertise to create game-changing user experiences, accelerate growth, and lead the product's journey from concept to market success. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to make things happen fast. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Product Strategy Commercial Growth /h3 ul liDefine and own the long-term vision, strategy, and budget for PIX4Dcloud, ensuring alignment with Pix4D's corporate objectives /li liDevelop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing and revenue growth targets /li liConduct continuous market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer discovery to identify and validate new opportunities /li liLead the Go-to-Market strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams /li liDrive proactive collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve user pain points, improve adoption, reduce churn, and maintain high customer satisfaction /li /ul h3Product Leadership Execution /h3 ul liServe as the ultimate owner of the product backlog, ruthlessly prioritizing features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility /li liEnsure the product delivers a world-class user experience while meeting professional users' needs for a scalable, collaborative platform to document critical infrastructure /li liDrive product development in an Agile environment, ensuring seamless workflow integration across the whole Pix4D ecosystem (e.g., PIX4Dcatch, PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dfields, Pix4D Account) /li liMaster product analytics and customer usage patterns to inform strategic decisions and roadmap prioritization /li liEnsure PIX4Dcloud meets evolving data privacy, security, and platform compliance requirements for global markets /li liEmbed ethical standards, sustainable practices, and scalability into the core of the development /li /ul h3Team Leadership Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and inspire the dedicated Cloud Engineering and UX team for PIX4Dcloud. A team of about 20 people, who are mostly based in Switzerland and Spain /li liAct as the main point of contact for PIX4Dcloud for all internal and external stakeholders /li liRepresent the product externally with key customers and strategic partners at industry events /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li10+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or product management role owning a cloud platform or product line /li liProven success with professional cloud applications, where the cloud experience is one of the core value propositions /li liStrong business acumen demonstrated by experience defining pricing, managing a PL, forecasting, and executing commercial strategies for a subscription/SaaS product /li liDeep familiarity with the cloud ecosystem, including monetization, user acquisition/retention /li liExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex business and technical topics to diverse audiences.
