Your Task:
* Advise clients on CRM strategy, operating models, and platform implementation (focus on BSI)
* Lead and deliver CRM transformation projects from conception to go-live
* Act as project or sub-project lead with responsibility for team management, timelines, and client engagement
* Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem players to deliver holistic solutions
About you:
* Strong project experience in CRM transformation projects within the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.
* Deep expertise in Salesforce or BSI CRM solutions (certifications are a plus)
* Solid understanding of insurance processes and customer engagement models (CRM / CLM knowledge in banking is a plus)
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level)
