Key Responsibilities
* Lead overall commercial strategy and execution for Aeonix in Switzerland (B2B + B2C).
* Build and close enterprise partnerships with corporates, insurers, and lab networks.
* Own revenue growth, pricing, and go-to-market performance.
* Establish strategic relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and ecosystem partners.
* Drive brand positioning as a premium, privacy-first preventive health platform.
* Build and lead a high-performing commercial and operations team.
* Work closely with product and technology teams to align market needs with platform development.
Profile
* Proven leadership experience in healthtech, digital health, or life sciences.
* Strong track record in scaling commercial operations and partnerships in Switzerland.
* Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem, corporate benefits, or insurance landscape.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-scaling environment.
