Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family-owned company with a long-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders.The OpportunityReporting to the HR Director Markets & the EVP of Global Travel Retail, the HRD of Global Travel Reatil develops and execute the HR strategy to support the overall business objectives and strategic direction of the organization; specifically in the areas of performance management & people development, employee engagement & relations and DE&I, organizational design and planning, compensation & benefits. The GTR HR provides strategic leadership by developing and implementing global plans to support and advise the Senior Leadership Team as it relates to their teams.What you'll get to doEVP Business Partner & HR Lead for Travel RetailBusiness partner to the EVP of Travel Retail for all people matters in the divisionImplement the EVP strategy in hiring, structure, development, coaching for all BUsEnsure the business is supported by a solid and adapted HR frameworkCoach and support the EVP in her role, be her sounding board and bridge to HR HQRepresent Puig values, compliance, policies and HR initiatives in the different regions of TRSupport all HRBP of TR in their requests and be their bridge with HR HQParticipate in Corporate meetings representing HR Travel Retail & lead HR projects globallyOrganizational Design & PlanningStrategically lead the organizational design and optimization of our workforce, taking into account development opportunities and succession planningDevelop HR strategic initiatives that support the company's business strategies and people goals, and are reflective of our mission, culture, and core valuesWork with talent acquisition to support in hiring and retaining the best people for the teamPartner with senior leaders on strategic business decisions, and delivering practical HR solutions, systems and capabilities that drive business resultsMaintain an in depth knowledge of the business strategy and performanceServe as trusted advisor and thought partner to the senior leaders both in Travel Retail as well as HQOversee the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring that the organization has the resources and capabilities to manage change effectivelyPeople Culture & Employee RelationsContinue to foster and promote the company's culture, by continuously evolving our initiatives across both corporate and business units to ensure employee satisfaction and create a best in class working placeBe the ambassador of the Puig values and ensure it is communicated in every programDemonstrate a commitment to quality and rapid response to employee relations issues; in compliance with local laws and Puig Ethical & Compliance policiesPartner with the Senior leadership & respective HR leaders to lead company-wide culture initiatives, and employee engagement activitiesIdentify challenges and emerging HR/people issues, and proactively provide solutionsDevelop and drive programs that encourage diversity, equity and inclusion and work in conjunction with HR HQ and the future GTR Talent Manager to drive creation of diverse talent poolPerformance Management & People DevelopmentOversee and continue to optimize our bi-annual performance review process to support employee development and reinforce a results-oriented cultureMentor and advise all business units; including the development of our Senior Leadership Team and Department Leads, HR and teamsEnsure the business units promote the talent programs existing in the organization and optimize those to develop talents and retain themPartner with our HR of the BUs to ensure clear continuity and support for employees post on-boarding and throughout the employee lifecycleDevelop coaching programs with internal and external stakeholders to respond to team needs and cover gapsWe'd love to meet you if you haveRequirementsExperience: Minimum 10-12 years in HR senior roles, preferably in luxuryExperience in a global environment preferredSkills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical ability, creativity, capacity to manage complex projects and strong influencing skills.Languages: Fluent English; French and Spanish are a plusMobility: Willingness to travel internationally as required.Core CompetenciesLeadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.Strong communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders globally.Ability to act as fair, consistent and empathicAgility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively.A few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work cultureA range of learning and development opportunitiesAn international company with plenty of opportunities to growA competitive compensation & benefits packagePuig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.At Puig, we are continually looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences to join our team.
