* Relevant experience in the full recruitment cycle and experience with REC, HR, or CRM systems.
* Passionate about active sourcing, with high self-discipline and experience working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple vacancies and projects effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet stakeholder needs to build strong partnerships across the team and throughout the recruitment process.
* Support and drive hiring processes to improve time-to-hire and efficiency.
* Proficiency in English; German language skills are desirable but not essential.
Our Team
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's F1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technology; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Neuburg supplies the Power Unit, Hinwil develops the chassis and manages race operations.

Your mission
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence in F1
* Identify and source top-tier candidates to fill vacancies, aligning with team objectives.
* Provide strategic guidance to HR Business Partners to attract and secure exceptional talent within and beyond the F1 industry.
* Lead cross-functional projects within the Employee Experience team to enhance recruitment strategies.
* Monitor, report, and optimize recruitment performance indicators; actively manage vacancies.
* Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes to ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline; foster relationships with line managers and executives to understand hiring needs and implement best practices.
* Maintain accurate and timely data on the HRIS platform to track recruitment activities and stages.
* Support colleagues and contribute to broader team initiatives as a proactive team player.
