Regional Development Manager - Technical Water Solutions (BE / SO / FR) Independent company, founded in the year and 100% Swiss, develops, produces, imports, and distributes products and technical solutions in X, particularly in the following areas: Pumps and booster systems, lifting systems, rainwater utilization, greywater recycling, water softening, as well as continuing our ongoing growth X to sustainably expand and systematically develop the presence of Abidex in the western part of the German-speaking Switzerland (Canton of Bern - Canton of Solothurn - Canton of Fribourg). Main task: Development and active support of the regional network; building and maintaining long-term relationships with engineering firms and general contractors. Positioning Abidex as a reliable technical partner. Contributing to the further development of the region in close cooperation with management. Accompanying projects from the study and planning phase, through the preparation and follow-up of offers, to the implementation of simple and planned start-ups in the initial phase. Ensuring the interface between the market/construction site and the headquarters. Supporting additional projects as needed in the following: Basic training as a skilled worker (EFZ) or equivalent education (Project Manager, Sanitary, Building Technology). Ideally complemented by higher technical education and/or experience in an engineering office/planning. Proven experience and technical skills in the area of: Sanitary technology, building water technology, pumps, pressure increase, knowledge of the regional professional environment, particularly of and engineering firms; you are recognized in these circles as a competent technical contact person. German (Swiss German) at native speaker level (C2): Main working language in the field. Very high oral language proficiency is essential for communication with and engineering offices: professional, functional level B2 to C1. The person must be able to communicate clearly by phone, participate in internal technical exchanges, and convey essential content correctly. Driver's license required. Residence: You reside in the covered territory of X or its vicinity to ensure X on-site presence and good responsiveness.
