We are looking for a Tax Executive to join our team in Glattbrugg. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and support key areas such as Transfer Pricing, Country-by-Country Reporting, and global tax projects.

Main Responsibilities
1. Transfer Pricing
2. Support in the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File, Master File).
3. Assist in gathering financial and operational data across group entities to substantiate intercompany transactions.
4. Prepare benchmarking analyses and support with comparability reviews.
5. Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
6. Assist in compiling and validating group-wide data for CbCR submissions.
7. Support in data consistency checks between CbCR, local files, and group financial reporting.
8. Maintain records to ensure compliance with OECD BEPS requirements.
9. Internal Support & Processes
10. Collaborate with finance and business deps. to collect tax-relevant information.
11. Contribute to internal controls and documentation processes to ensure tax compliance.
12. Assist in preparing tax provisions and reconciliations for group reporting purposes.
13. Ad-hoc Projects
14. Support in tax audits and requests for information.
15. Research tax legislation changes across key jurisdictions (Europe, North Africa, Middle East, Americas).
16. Provide assistance in projects related to cross-border transactions, withholding taxes, and double tax treaties.

Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
21. 3 years’ experience in corporate tax, ideally in an international group.
22. Basic understanding of international tax concepts (OECD guidelines, BEPS, double taxation treaties).
23. Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, ERP systems, tax reporting tools).
24. Team player, detail-oriented, proactive attitude.
25. Fluent in English (additional languages an asset given the group’s geographical footprint).
