Responsibilities
* Develop online and offline communication materials based on briefs from internal/external stakeholders.
* Take charge of every design phase, from concept to production.
* Uphold brand visuals and guidelines across internal and external platforms.
* Bring fresh ideas to support marketing and sales activities.
* Lead creative sessions for project kick offs.
* Select and retouch visuals for caigns, social media, newsletters, and more.
* Create branded materials like billboards, ads, magazines, flyers, banners, email caigns, websites, and sales materials.
* Prepare print materials, liaise with printers, and oversee production.
* Ensure quality control, maintaining alignment with marketing goals and strengthening brand recognition.
* Manage and catalog all graphic assets for easy access and backup.
Qualifications and skills
* 10+ years of experience in on and offline graphic design.
* Native level German and strong proficiency in French and English.
* Energy and drive for caigns and projects.
* Strong cross functional project management skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, handling multiple projects seamlessly.
* Exceptional writing skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office Suite, HTML5, CSS.
