In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in strengthening our financial consolidationand reporting landscape — contributing directly to one of the most exciting phases in our company’s growth.Key responsibilities:- Leading role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements- Analyze and validate reporting packages of group entities and support local finance teams- Maintain and optimize the consolidation tool and reporting structures- Continuously improve reporting processes and templates to enable meaningful forecasting and planning- Various key finance projects, including the transition to US GAAP and post-merger integration- Work closely with your colleagues in FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and various business functions- Liaise with auditors, advisors and other external stakeholdersYour profile :- University degree in Finance or Accounting, ideally combined with a professional accounting qualification (CPA,ACCA, Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting, or equivalent)- 5+ years of experience in a similar role- Solid knowledge of consolidation systems (e.g. Oracle HFM, OneStream)- Fluency in English (with German being a plus)- Experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS is a strong advantage- A proactive, hands-on team player with a high level of resilience and flexibilityExcited to contribute to a major financial transformation?
