The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day-to-day operational administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team.
Responsibilities
* Support daily requests and maintain internal guides up to date.
* Assist stakeholders by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM system and defining associate processes.
* Perform LEI applications and renewals.
* Manage form‑related internal master‑data.
* Create and adapt internal work instructions concerning the handling of all Swiss Julius Baer forms in cooperation with relevant specialist departments (Legal & Compliance or the Tax Department).
* Support the Client Documentation team regarding bank forms and their handling/processes.
* Clarify with Legal & Compliance and other specialist departments.
* Publish or adapt guidelines and procedures in the internal Team Net or commission new or existing guidelines.
* Review end‑to‑end processes in Client Documentation Services for efficiency, compliance, and client experience.
* Maintain master data for forms.
* Manage LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) applications and renewals.
* Support clean‑up exercises.
Qualifications
* Banking apprenticeship and/or higher education.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in client documentation services.
* Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements regarding due diligence (CDB).
* Experience handling client database systems such as CRM, CLM, KYC tools.
* Experience within a financial institution and sound knowledge of banking practices.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured thinking.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* Proactive, solution‑driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
* Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, work collaboratively in teams, and adapt swiftly to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
* Proficient user of MS Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint.
