Tasks
* Office Management:
1. Assist the team in day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating general services, and maintaining common areas.
2. Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment for all employees.
* Recruitment Management:
1. Support the Human Resources department in recruitment, including posting job openings, pre-screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
2. Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Event Management:
1. Participate in planning, organization, and execution of internal and external events, such as team meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.
2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution and a memorable experience for participants.
* General Assistance:
1. Provide support across all departments.
2. Coordinate and facilitate activities, meetings, and events, ensuring impeccable organization and outcomes.
Requirements
* Fluency in French and English, German is a plus.
* Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in common computer tools.
