Buyer – Shore Excursions & Hotels
Responsibilities
Research and identify suitable suppliers for excursions and hotel stays.
Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms.
Conduct annual rebuying and reconfirmation processes.
Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to align offerings with guest expectations.
Maintain accurate contract and pricing records.
Conduct site visits and supplier meetings as needed.
Monitor supplier performance and address issues proactively.
Responsible for ongoing Scenic Contract Management System
Experience and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in contracting, tourism, DMCs, or procurement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Fluent in English; other European languages an advantage.
Willingness to travel in assigned region.
