The Opportunity
Join a global team driving innovation in transformer engineering!
As part of our GPG Distribution Dry and Traction Transformers, you will lead a team of experienced designers across multiple regions and report to GPG Engineering Manager.
You will work on complex design projects, support factories worldwide, and drive engineering optimization.
Your role involves close collaboration with regional HUBs and cross-functional teams.
You will contribute to the realization of innovative products and and will establish processes that enhance design efficiency and product performance.

How you’ll make an impact
Lead a global team of transformer designers
Support factories with complex design projects
Review and optimize engineering designs
Support prototype and technology transfer projects
Collaborate with product, sales, and supply chain teams
Create technical standards and training materials
Ensure safety, quality, and innovation in all projects
Your background
Master’s in electrical or mechanical engineering
7+ years of experience in transformer design, ideally dry-type transformers
Deep knowledge of engineering processes
Experience with global teams and tools
Fluent in English, strong communication skills
