Lead Clinical Development Strategist - Lung and Head/Neck Cancers
Drive innovative clinical development strategies for lung and head/neck cancer treatments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position assets for success in a competitive market.
* Develop and execute end-to-end clinical development plans for early- and late-phase assets.
* Integrate medical, clinical, and disease area knowledge into pre-clinical research activities.
* Lead the development of oncology disease area knowledge and expertise, aligning across R&D, medical affairs, and commercial functions.
* Accountable for leading scientific advisory boards to position individual assets and portfolio of assets in a specific disease area.
* Build and maintain effective business partnerships within the organization and with external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Medical degree and clinical specialty qualification/registration in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology (adult or pediatrics), Hematology, or Pathology.
* Direct line management experience of oncology clinical development teams and matrix management experience.
* Pharmaceutical experience in early and late-phase drug development, particularly in lung and head/neck cancers.
* Experience integrating translational research activities into first-time-in-human trials.
* Leadership in developing and executing oncology clinical development plans.
* Regulatory filing and approval experience.
* External scientific expert collaboration and scientific advisory board leadership.
