Help Desk Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to provide first-level support via phone and email for various software applications and employee portals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of common IT systems.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support via phone and email for Windows 10, M365 products, and other tools.
* Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to employee portals and customer portals.
* Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge database.
* Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong understanding of IT systems and networks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
