Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing at Villars Palace, the Marketing & Communication Manager plays a key role in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Villars Palace.
Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and digital evolutions to propose innovative actions to enhance visibility and marketing performance.
Define and execute an engaging and relevant content strategy.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing actions using key indicators.
Design and produce marketing materials (visuals, videos, brochures, newsletters, etc.).
Validate and control all editorial content in French and English.
Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships to increase the visibility of Villars Palace.
Work closely with internal departments (sales, events, F&B, HR, spa, etc.) to ensure effective communication.
Manage relationships with external service providers (communication agencies, graphic designers, printers, etc.).
Ensure regular reporting to management and provide strategic recommendations.
Offer support to internal operations when necessary, in a spirit of collaboration.
Your profile
5 to 8 years of experience in branding and marketing
Ability to develop a comprehensive marketing plan
Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and managing paid campaigns
Proven experience in managing social media, preferably in the luxury sector
Strong network in public relations (PR)
Excellent writing skills in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
Creative mindset and proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing
Knowledge of website CMS — Webflow is a plus
Excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage external agencies
Leadership, autonomy, strong adaptability, and team spirit
Experience in hospitality is an asset but not essential
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry is essential
