We are looking for a senior leader to manage key accounts in the healthcare sector. In this role you will develop strategic relationships, lead a specialized transition & project team, and influence service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Strategic management and development of key accounts in healthcare
* Ensure implementation of contracts and IFS / Self‑delivery strategies
* Offer management and commercial negotiations in partnership with business development
* Monitor and report on revenue, quality and profitability
* Build and lead the Transition & Projects Healthcare team
* Advise and support operational units
* Attend industry conferences and regularly conduct customer events
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training with business administration further education (HF/HFP, Bachelor/Master FM)
* Several years of management experience in healthcare
* Prior experience or training in hospitality or housekeeping is an advantage
* Experience leading staff and managing customer relationships
* Strong knowledge of business development and strategic market positioning
* Excellent German skills; English and French are a plus
* Proficient with MS Office and management information systems
* Valid driver’s license
