Global Brand Manager (m/f)
Within the International Marketing department and reporting to the Marketing Director, you will participate in and implement the marketing strategy to support the commercial performance of products and develop new product concepts within a product range.
Product Development
Mission: Design new products in the food supplement and dermo-cosmetic categories (formulations, packaging, visual identity, pricing, positioning, etc.).
Actions:
* Define product positioning, pricing, and the targeted patient/consumer profile
* Brief and coordinate formulators/contract manufacturers and the production unit
* Establish and monitor product development schedules in agreement with contract manufacturers
* Conduct product-related studies (efficacy testing, consumer studies, phase 4 studies, etc.)
* Create all packaging materials and ensure follow‑up and management of print approvals (BAG, BAT)
* Manage Marketing project budgets
* Propose a product launch kit (launch presentation, global marketing tools)
Development of Global Product Activation Campaigns
Mission: Design 360° omnichannel, multi-target campaigns for priority products (pharmaceuticals, food supplements, dermo‑cosmetics).
Actions:
* Co‑develop 360° campaigns with local country teams: visual concept, country activation strategic guide (targeting and KPI tracking), marketing tool proposals (medical sales visits, pharmacy visits, digital tools)
* Support local country teams in implementing their campaigns
* Monitor the performance of these campaigns
Competitive Intelligence and Performance Monitoring
Mission: Conduct regular competitive monitoring and analyse market needs.
Mission: Ensure regular tracking of product performance and portfolio rollout across territories.
Qualifications
* With a scientific background and a Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience as a product manager.
* You have a solid understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry environment and good knowledge of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food supplements.
* Equipped with strong analytical and synthesis skills, you have a comprehensive vision of marketing and its various interfaces.
* Rigorous and well‑organised, you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an operational curiosity about markets, competitors, trends, and the needs of subsidiaries and distributors.
* You are fluent in both English and French.
