To join our Life Sciences team in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager.
The project :
* Lead IT projects related to the digital transformation of the production site.
* Oversee small to medium-sized projects, particularly the enhancement of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES – Emerson Syncade).
* Establish project governance in collaboration with IT, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams.
* Manage risks, monitor budgets and financials, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with local and global teams.
Your profile :
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in IT and project management.
* 7+ years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience in implementing MES systems and working in a GxP environment.
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
* Ability to perform under pressure and resolve conflicts.
* Full professional proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
