Main Responsibilities
* Support Regional Mkt. and Community Development Managers (Deputy Role)
* Prepare and support weekly Cluster Leads Meeting
* Prepare and support Monthly EE ESA Meeting
* Prepare and manage onboardings and trainings and documentation
* Administrative support for Regional Managers and Cluster Leads
Main Requirements
* Strong organizational, project and event management skills
* Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professionals at all levels and broader stakeholders
* Good problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks
* A collaborative, solution-focused approach, ability to collaborate well with others and work cross-functionally across the organization
* Effective team player skills through consistent reliability and effective support
* Knowledge and proven experience of relevant systems
* Fluent written and verbal English and German
