The Financial Controller will oversee the controlling function for the Swiss branch, ensuring accurate financial steering and transparency. This role is central to budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, providing management with insights that drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
* Manage the controlling activities of the Swiss branch, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with variance and performance analysis.
* Monitor and analyze margins, revenue streams, and cost structures to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic and operational decisions.
* Develop and refine financial KPIs to measure branch performance and drive efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with local management and the international finance team to ensure consistent financial steering.
* Continuously improve controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in controlling/financial management, preferably in an international environment.
* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
* Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
