We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst (Banking Area) to join our team in Lugano.
The ideal candidate combines deep functional analysis expertise with advanced SQL skills, and acts as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Responsibilities: Define and manage end-to-end and functional analysis , from requirements gathering to solution design and validation Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT delivery Take a proactive role in planning, coordinating, and driving project activities, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met Manage UAT activities, define test strategies, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing, and sign off on quality outcomes.
T ake end-to-end ownership of complex functional incidents in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Le verage strong SQL expertise to query, manipulate, and extract data, and to interpret complex database structures in support of business needs.
