In this responsible position, you will support the existing accounting team in their day-to-day business and contribute to the stability and further development of our accounting processes.
YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Support operational accounting activities and contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in accordance with IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
2. Ensure accurate booking, control, and reconciliation of financial transactions within SAP
3. Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports compliant with IFRS and RVI (Swiss Banking GAAP)
4. Provide technical support during internal and external audits, and for reconciliations between finance systems and core banking platforms
5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments such as Group Tax, Management Accounting, IT Operations, and Payroll
6. Participate in the testing, implementation, and rollout of new functionalities in SAP and core banking systems
7. Support in ensuring data quality and advancing internal controls. Analysis, specification, and optimisation of existing processes

10. Consistent compliance with internal control systems
YOUR PROFILE
11. Completed financial or business administration education with further qualification in accounting (e.g. specialist certificate in finance and accounting, Bachelor/Master in Accounting or Banking & Finance)
12. Several years of professional experience in bank accounting is essential
13. Experience with T24 or other core banking systems advantageous
14. Good professional understanding of IFRS and RVI is an advantage
15. Project experience with SAP and use of SAP is an advantage
16. Strong analytical skills as well as independent and precise working methods
17. Team-oriented, resilient and committed personality
18. Very good English language skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in German is an advantage
19. Experienced handling of MS Office programmes
